Humour and punchline in parts but a messed up film alltogether 2 Star⭐⭐
A film that starts off with hilarious punchlines and humour at points but ultimately fails very badly trying to present a lot of things but heads no where and is a motiveless and senseless film lost in its transition. The jokes and oneliners were worth laughing for but by the end they make sure to equally bore you with unnecessary sentiment and drama and sentimental songs suddenly popping up. The film dosent serve its purpose , a failed attempt

>The actors and their impeccable comic time starting from Ajay Devgn , Jimmy Shergill and Rakul Preet is something that kept the audience laughing at the start if the film and at parts
>The Oneliners and punchlines are hilarious

NEGATIVES

> Poor plot of the movie which lands no where and gets carried away by mellow drama and unnecessary sentimental songs
>The story starts off with great hope but falls flat towards the end when you realise there is nothing new that the film deliver
>Too many unnecessary songs pop up every now and then
>The story has not been dealt with depth its shown as just series of plot which arent explored for whatever reason

FINAL VERDICT

For timepass it is watchanle only for those oneliners , punch lines apart from that this film fails in every other aspect .

STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2 

Nothing new in this millennial film detached far from reality , 2 Star ⭐️⭐️

Except for some entertainment in the first half it is the same old plot, the same old love triangle,the same old reprise of old songs,the same old tropy the same old fights , same old plot and a predictable student of the year. Towards the end the film seemed more like a kabaddi sport film as the kabbadi matches were too much concentrated on and you will just wait for it to end becuase you know whos going to magically win the match and get that tropy and repat the 4-5 times looped dialouge in the film “Din tera tha saal mera hoga “ overall a film that has nothing new to offer , can be watched only for timepass as all it offers is a bit of youth entertainment in bits . The 2 Glamorous actress have done their part and Tiger Shroff was not less than the Baaghi in the college who does insane stunts and action. The college seemed more like a fairy imaginationtory world with what not happening out of this world . Watch it or do not watch it both ways the film wont be remembered for long . 

THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR

>Youth magnet as the elements like the youthful cast , Colorful sets , few songs , happening college , music and some humour is what makes the first half 

>The colorful cast of the film who have done fairly good job starting from Aditya Seal, Ananya Panday , Tara Sutaria & Tiger shroff

>The Love triangle was something that kept the film alive and seemed real and generated sentiment also the chemistry betweekn Tiger And Ananya was great

>A lot of money has been shelled out on making every song and event colorful and full of life which brings a good presentation on screen

NEGATIVES

>2:30 mins was too long for this predictable story which everyone can guess watching the trailer 

>Nothing new to offer from the previous installment its the same old story tweaked with different actors

>The action was way too much for a college drama and seemed away from reality

>The film all and over lacked logic and reality , nothing in the film looks real or relatable to a college it was way too fairy 

>Except 1 or 2 catchy dialouges there was nothing more for the actors to mouth and it was irritating to hear that dialouge Din tera tha Saal mera hoga over and again 

>Seemed like kabaddi was the main focus of this film as every sometime you could spot some one or other playing kabadi and the climax was all about kabadi 

FINAL VERDICT

Not the best but will definetly touch your heart and has an apt social message  3.5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

One time watch movie which is like a reprised version of 2-3 Mahesh Babu movies put together starting from celebrating frienship like never before to emotion , action , humour and a relevant social message. The film has a gripping and entertaining first half , songs arent much intresting ,second half is dragged until you arrive the goosebumping last 45 mins and the climax that will touch you and make you feel its wirth the wait . Mahesh babus screen presence and his character is the soul for this movie , Cinematography and BGM are among the USPS for this movie,Overall a movie that can be watch once in the cinemas , A neat family film coming from the Prince as he celebrates his Silver Jubilee with 25th film .Go for it only in the cinemas

>Performance by Mahesh Babu and the soul of his characterization adds immense value to this film and drives it 

>Cinematography is just woow and a treat to your eyes , well shot and well presented

>Story is prolonged yet has a relevant social message to think over 

>Dialouges are punching and add thrill at points for the viewers

>The first half is a delight to watch the, the life and initial years of Rishi Pooja and Ravi celebrating their frienship

>Background score and sound design is super amazing 

>Action scenes are adeenaline pumping though seem overdosed at places still generates that pump In energy 

>Complete Cast has done justice their respective roles 

NEGATIVES

>The legnth of the movie is a big big flaw for this film as its prolonged out of bounds to a runtime of 3hrs it could have been easily stripped down to 2:15 mins making it crisp thats where things went wrong for the movie

>2nd half has a few sequences which arent realistic and dont appeal to the general logic 

>Editing is poor as you can see how everything was tried to be put in place there was need for a strip down which was missed 

>None of the Songs are great , just mediocre and flat 

FINAL VERDICT

With all the flaws comes a warm feelig with this movie which makes it definitely a one time watch in the cinemas . Go for it and be the part of Rishis Journey as he says “SUCCESS IS NOT A DESTINATION ... ITS A JOURNEY”

This one is almost like the film “Cheat India” Nothing in the film excited , thrills or creates any impact , it seems like an old fashioned topic still revolving in bollywood for no reason , though the actors did justice to their respective roles they cant save this sinking ship as it can sustain for the script plot and non impactful narration . overall a dull show and nothing much to deliver . A movie that can be skipped

>Performances by actors like Aftab , Sonali Seygall and shreyas Talpade performance does add to the value of this film and also the ensemble cast 

>Tactics shown in the film are unique and out of the box 

NEGATIVES

>Plot and the screenplay leave no much impact to the viewers even if something extra ordinary happens you still feel its normal and lacks thrill 

>Poor editing of the movie though cant blame the editor as the script didnt have a potential to sustain due to its limited scope of topic

One of those film which can be easily forgotten , not a worth watch in cinemas
