It rests all the taboo about women in peace ,This is a meaningful film with a strong and powerful message that its not right to raise your hand on a women even if its for the first time or whatsoever .The pace of the film is quite slow and could seem a bit exhausting but this is a kind of a film where you cant expect masala elements its staright to the point and fulfils the purpose by its end. The Direction is great , acting is powerful, the film has a point ,Only minor flaw is the legnth of the film which could have been a bit shorter and crispier to make it more engaging.But still the film deserves utmost respect for exploring a topic that was much needed . Overall a complete worth watch in the cinemas and has a take away message thats very very important .

>The legnth of the film is a issue as it seems prolonged specially in the 2nd half , the film could have been easily trimmed and stripped down to 2 hours instead of 2.5 hrs
>The screenplay at points feels a bit repeatitive again the legnth of the write up could have avoided this flaw

It is a film worth watching anf evrery one needs to watch this movie as the message in the movie is the need of the hour for the society to go back with a message thats very important .

This movie helmed by Mohit Suri Keeps it in the same track & Operand like his previous film EEK VILLAN , the Cinematography is vivid and colorful with amazing sequences from Goa, the film is youthful and full of energy, the first half seems little laggy and slow paced and wont intrest you much but the 2nd half gets pumped up with energy,adrenaline and the final twist towards the climax is something to look out got , Overall its is a one time film that you can watch.

>Aditya Roy Kapoor in this new chiseled  muscular look has done a great job all together in delivering a solid performance
>Cinematography is feast to the eyes , the locations are heavenly and well shot
>The Mystery in the movie keeps u glued , the 2nd half specially stands out with twists and turns
>Music is good and in sync with the beautiful panoramic view in the movie
> Good Climax is a plus for this movie

NEGATIVES

>Poor acting by Disha Patani , she couldnt live up to the expectations the role required,She just worked on the glam Quotient
>1st Half could have been refined and made better ,there is a lot of lag and drag in the first half
>Overall Script resembles EK Villan movie , it could have been made better with something new than using the same skeleton
>Background Score is Weak at points where action is involved

Firstly there is no anticipation reserved for Part 2 ,to start off the movie stands out for its making,natural transition ,Great camera work, background score and overall concept thats not typical stereotype like the usual bollywood horror flicks . What fails for the movie is a weak screenplay specially in the 2nd half which drags with slow pace and very less scare or horror sequences , more concentration goes on Drama , the film picks up towards the end and ends in a newer way than we usually see in bollywood films,even the actors have done a great job . For the Bollywood standards this is a differnt kind of horror film which can be watched once in the cinemas.

>A naturally flowing story line that is simplistic
>Camera Work and Background Score is commendable
>Actors specially Vicky Kaushal drives the film with his amazing performance
>Climax sequence is well presented unlike the typicl films in bollywood

>Drama is more concentrated in the 2nd half more than the horror part which derails the film to an extent
>The pace of the movie is quite slow which could be an problem for audience to be glued to this film with intrest
>The movie titled Bhoot The haunted Ship part 1 has no anticpation towards the end for Part 2
>The Screenplay could have been far better

With all the flaws and shortcomings the film still manages to be decently stand out in horror genre atleast for the bollywood scale , the effort needs to be appreciated . Its a one time watch

Unable to belive this movie comes from the ace director himself i.e Imtaiz Ali , the movie has absolutely nothing to deliver on any point . The movie is flat dead from the start to its end , no point in the film seemed watchable , the film is backed by out of the top overacting by talanted actress Sara Ali Khan . Only thing thats good about this movie is Karthik Aryans Acting and soothing songs .Rest the script, direction ,screenplay,dialouges,plot,climax everything fails badly and is a movie that cannot be watched even on OTT platforms . Its a classic flop

THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR

>Karthik Aryan stands out with his performance in all the roles that he has portrayed in the film , along with Randeep Hooda who had a very limited role still did a good job
>Music and songs are touching and soothing to hear

NEGATIVES

>At the first place there is no story that could be converted into a proper screenplay,the transition and the way its presented is a big boredom for audience
>Poor dialouge writing
>There is almost no intensity in the chemistry between the lead pair it just feels fake all the way long
>Poor performance by Sara Ali Khan ,she tried too hard to be someone she couldnt portray on screen
>Direction is very bad there is no logic in the whole film it just seemed random
>Editing is also too bad but the editor is not at mistake as the story itself had no potential to sustain even for 1 hr runtime .


FINAL VERDICT

Its a high dose torture that could cause any kind of headache if you happen to watch it even mistakenly . Total disaster .
