This movie stands out for its unique narration of a horror story with humour and suspense and finally delivers a message beautifully without being preachy or dramatic , the way the movie is written and narrated keeping you at the edge of your seat with smile,laughter as well as  curiosity is commendable . Performances by lead and support cast add beauty to the film . I recommend watching this experimental fresh film in the cinemas .

>The Legnth might seem a bit long for a genre like this as in between events keep happening and you feel it was a fast forward at points but overall its avoidable

Its an experimental movie where horror is mixed with humour and it was a risk worth taking so support fresh concepts like this and walk in to the nearest cinema halls and watch this movie this weekend .

The 2nd instalment of happy Series is not @ par when it comes to entertainment, there are parts when you laugh out loud on the funny one liners and the impeccable comic time of the supporting actors but at an overall scale this film dosent deliver its best . It fails badly with the script and as the film transitions a lot of things come into picture making it a total hodge podge and major disappointment is the new happy who fails to connect the charcter with audience . Its a miss for bollywood

>Funny one liners and comic sequences at parts entertain you and make you laugh out loud

>The cinematography is great 

>Supporting cast has done a great job specially Jimmy Shergill  & Piyush Mehra with their impeccable comic time 

>Diana Penty as the old happy has a short role but everytime she is on screen you will love her 

NEGATIVES

>The new Happy played by Sonakshi sinha isint convincing and she fails when it comes to comedy thats the main reason the newer happy isint a character that connects to the audience 

>Except at parts the rest of the movie dosent make any sense not entertain you , only few parts are hilarious rest is easily forgetabble

FINAL VERDICT

A Forgetabble film which you can easily let go , so its a miss for bollywood this weekend

The film definitely drives on the patriotic sentiment and a moment that we all are proud of ie the first Gold of Independent India ,the plot & story revolves around a lot of drama and story telling that at few points this film gets boring but overall with Akshay Kumar driving it with his super amazing acting and the events happening and its portrayal makes it a feel good watch in the cinemas

>Akshay Kumar As Tapan Das has nailed it with this acting and he has got life to the character and with complete ease he makes you fall in love with his character , Mouni Roy has also gone a great Job Rest folllows the ensemble cast
>The patriotic sentiment and the events & its happenings choosen for the film makes this film content worth 
>The characterization & screen space given to every character and its importance is commendable job by the director

NEGATIVES

>The film is prolonged clearly shows failure on the part of editor who has made the film long dragged which makes the audience loose track in between , the film could have been easily stripped down to 1hr 45 Mins making it a better and best film to watch

FINAL VERDICT

Its not tooo good ,not too bad it is a movie that you will make you feel happy after watching it , So i go with a ONE TIME WATCH Tag for this film .

This movie has a plot similar to Gabbar Is Back but the change comes with its execution and the backdrop this story hold,overall the film holds you with action , thrill , punches and the fight sequences by this man who takes an oath to clean the city from corruption, the plot seems great but the movie could have been edited well to make it short as few points drama seems to be wasting lot of screen time and at few points you feel the movie has come to an end but then the story takes you ahead and you know what exactly is going to happened so the climax is a bit of disappointment. Overall can be watched once in the cinemas

THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR

> The Action sequences and the thrill that unfolds with every corrupt officer being killed keeps you on the edge of the seat .
>Dialogues are good and the background score also is the win for this film
>Performance by Manoj Bajpee & John Abraham are also worth watching
>The plot and backdrop of the film is written well and though this story resembles gabbar is back you feel like watching it with curiosity because of the thrill this film holds in its narration

NEGATIVES

>Dragged drama at points seem boring and the last 30 Mins of the film seemed really unnecessary because it was dragged and could have been edited well to make it short and crisp.
>The Negative role /Villain  seemed dull or failed to get that negativity for his character which required so the climax didnt connect well nor made a major mark for the film .

FINAL VERDICT

Everything comes with flaws so is this film but if you consider the film as an whole its a masala thriller & wont disappoint , so overlook the flaws and walk in to the cinemas and watch this film this weekend

After a long time there is a film which will make you laugh out loud ,out and out through out its runtime and at the same time beautifully deliver you a message, its a gem of a kind movie and a poora paisa vasool film , such films are made rarely which has its heart right in place along with a delightful and fun narration .IRRFAN nails it with his impeccable comic time n DULQUER’S charm and screen presence is worth the watch.

Film is a Emotional drive which teaches each one of us to follow our dreams and focuses on that important person in our life who plays the role of Fanney Khan and stands with you throughout your journey supporting you through all the odds . This movie could have been better if the script could be more logical and on the track . This film misses on logic . But over all definetly a onetime neat family entertainer .

>The ensemble cast which has delivered a powerful performance , Anil Kapoor is the soul of the film , Rajkumar Rao & Aishwarya Rai have been enlightening , Pihu Sand as Lata steals the show with her performance
>The film scores high on humour and heartwarming emotion of love by a father towards his daughter
>The flow of the film keeps you engaged with all kinds of emotion right in place

>Screenplay and story write up could have been better as it misses out on its plot very soon
>Details have been ignored the film looses out on logic and basics which makes it seem unrealistic
>Music is a big letdown , none of the songs from the film stand out , all are simply forgetabble
>Lot of mellowdrama at points which may bore a specific part of audience which likes a crisp narration
