Based on true events this is a thunderous ,high octane mass action film,John Abraham portrays Amartya Rao fearlessly with his Swag , Mahesh Manjrekar as Bhau is rock solid in the dark avatar and Emraan Hashmi steals the show in his cop avatar and puts up a dhamakedar show all together . The film has adrenaline pumping action, powerful dialouges and stylish sequences to laud with whistles and talis in the cinemas. The film is crisply edited and has great transition and flow, it puts light on the dark gangster era and how a common family man turns a ruthless gangster . Super Solid BGM adds to the rocking sequences in the film. The Cop Gangster face off between John & Emraan is something to look out for , they both excel big time ,production design is top notch , Bombay in its 80s is well designed and presented, the sets looks realistic except for the extensive use of yellow color filter. What falls short for the film is that the story of the film beautifully depicts an era but fails to dig deep into story of amartya & his close right hand gangsters & specially the ending/climax which looks very abrupt and could have had a better ending, the climax leaves you with a incomplete feeling . Overall this film has flaws in its story line but is definelty a one time paisa vasool entertainer . Solid Sequel to the Solid Film 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hats off to the writer director JEETU JOSEPH for coming up with this mystery thriller which stitched so well as the sequel to Drishyam with Unexpected twists , the complete build up of suspense & thrill keeping you at the edge of your seat. The !dea of male protagnist played by Mohan Lal who is always ahead of everyone in every possible way and he proves it towards the climax just gives you rush of adrenaline out of the suprising excitement . The Climax just makes you go Woow , though not as jaw dropping as the 1st part but still gets you super excited with thrill . There are very rare film sequels where you feel SEQUEL HO TOH AISA and this film falls in that category. Only Drawback of the film is its runtime the film could have been cut short as there is a little lag & drag jn the 1st half . But the film magically picks up with double power as the tension in film builds up and things unviel. Actors have done terrific job especially Mohanlal who has lived the character with such ease . A must watch & a worth watch movie .

The Film is very well written and has reality in its storyline ,it puts prime focus on all the sacrifices our parents make for us which sometimes is overlooked or even misunderstood until the day you run into the same circle of life and experience the same which makes you realise what it meant . Its a throught provoking and a meaningful film, Actors have been versatile with their performances Starting from Kajol to Mitila Palkar all have brought value to the film with their portrayal , The journey of a women , a mother is shown beautifully, the comic time of Kunal Roy Kapoor  who plays a writer keeps you glued with fun at parts , All & all its a sweet and meaningful story which has a lot to teach us on being reponsible children & also on parenting . The Climax shines and makes the film stand out . its a good movie to watch out all together .

This film based on Lal Bihari Mritak is a fresh & Unique take on the life of a person with tragedy, emotion ,comedy and never give up atittude which gets him a lot of hurdles throughout life personally , financially & emotionally but the end result is worth it . Every character in the film starting from Pamkaj Tripati, Satish Kaushik to Monal Gajjar have done a great job , Pankaj Tripati specially is the driving soul and a charm of this film with his impecabble comic time and amazing acting throughout the runtime . The direction could have been better as the film had lot of scope but at points there is a feeling of something lacking , even the climax could be better executed . overall its a innovative film with a innovative concept , it has humour , it has situations where u feel the emotion of the character , it has a story that needs attention as such things still happen in the society . So all and all its not a normal film where you expect masala its a different kind of an film and i believe such films need to be supported as there is a meaning and a purpose for the film and a story thats being portrayed like never before , So overlook the silly flaws and watch this wonderful film . its definetly a one time watch and a memorable film as well .

The Complete film seems to be made for timepass randomly and with no intention of any kind of film making  , the direction is upfront horrible , there is no acting at any point , its only over acting to the peak , Pathetic dialouges , Poor music , Worst chemistry between lead pairs and the whole enseble cast has not left any stone unuturned to overact throughout the film in sync with the lead actors . Im shocked at how the actors agreed on making this film at this poor level, plus the confidence of makers to release it as a festive special release deserves a award of bravery . Its one of the worst films i have watched this year , in any way the film is not even a mindless entertainer its completely a film that you would never want to watch out even on digital platform , the strange obession on remaing 90s film needs to be stopped by David Dhawan and rather make a original film with atmost dedication towards film making . Out and Out Huge Disaster ,a dud film . we usually see people trolling actors/directors but with this film the actors/directors have trolled themselves royally . Not at all a worth watch , a movie to skip .
