Its a perfect family entertainer with every ingredient to make you smile , laugh and be connected with the story and plot till the end of the movie , the chemistry between the lead pairs and their amazing performances keep you entertained till the end of the film. For all those who love a rom com this ones for you . I recommend watching this in the nearest cinema halls.

STORY & SCREENPLAY

This movie has a unique and fun going screenplay to keep you entertained and engaged in its complete runtime , there is not a single dull moment in the film , The story is about this young guy who has come accross heart break in his life he wirtes a book which impresses this girl and she initially belives the book is based on her and makes every attempt to fin this writer but this book , though this book was written by Ayushman he makes sure his name is not printed as the author as he didnt want his lover to be humiliated in public now when this girl is in search of the author Ayushman meets her and convinces her that he will introduce her to him and amidst all this he falls in love with her now inorder to not loose her he creates a complete planned drama where he makes his friend look like a gangster so that she rejects him , What happenes next what u need to look for in the cinemas

PERFORMANCES

Ayushman with his impeccable comic time has got us smiling and giggling , Kriti has also been great now the show stealer is Rajkumar Rao with his super amazing perfomance . Rest follows the ensemble cast

HILARIOUS 1ST HALF , PREACHY & TOO LONG 2ND HALF,Akshay Kumar is the soul of this film like an exotic icing on a cake , though the film gets a lot preachy and long going towards the end the overall experience is amazing with lot of LOL moments, perfect comic time, hilarious punches , one liners ,emotion and finally a message worth focusing over clean India and the responsibilities of citizens regarding the same . Its definitely a one time watch at cinemas 

STORY & SCREENPLAY

The screenplay is perfectly written and executed till the interval with moments to laugh on and entertainment at its peaks but as the film enters its 2nd half it gets a bit repetitive and preachy and goes really long which gets me to say editing could have been better and movie could have been stripped down by few minutes which could make it a perfect film to watch out for , nevertheless  the flaws are avoidable when u consider this movie as an whole, the climax is over whelming and you are sure to return back with big smile lite up on your face. The story is about this desi middle aged guy in search of a bride who can bring in happiness in his life and amidst this on his way to deliver his consignment he meets this bubbly girl whom he falls for flat on his first meeting with her , he stalks her , he does every possible thing to talk to her and then finally they unite together in love and soon they step ahead for their next innings of life ie marriage and that too goes pretty smooth , they get married and sooner the girl realises there is no toilet in their house and that gets her raged she gives an ultimatum of leaving him and going back to  home town but then this man tries every possible trick to make her feel comfortable from getting in the railways during its stop to use toilets to getting in some relatives house but these tricks work on a temporary basis after which his wife leaves him and returns to her home town and urges to first set things right and then she would step back to their house , so how does he tackle this situation? What are the challanges he faces in this mission to get toilets in his village when evrryone else on the village is against this and call it off tradition? Does he convince people? Do the people change their thinking? What is the final outcome ? Does he get his love back in his life ? And more such questions will unfold with answers in the nearest cinema halls 

PERFOMANCES

AKSHAY KUMAR is par natural with his comic time he make you smile , he makes you cry and he does it with such an ease and thats why he is the soul of this film , Bhumi Pednekar has so delivered gem of a perfomance in her act and she comes out totally convincig , Veteran actor Anupam kher is the inspirational character in this film and rest follows the ensemble cast

FINAL VERDICT

Very few movies live up to its plot and at the same time entertain you this ones one of those movies which has something as takeaway along with entertainment, i definetly recommend watching this in the nearest cinema halls .

Slow paced but adorable love story 3.5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 

The film travels around beautiful and exotic locales taking you on a graceful journey with brilliant cinematography backed with electric and super lovely chemistry between KING KHAN & ANUSHKA SHARMA and a love story thats worth watching,only drawback is a climax which feels to be a sudden end and leaves you with feeling of incompleteness,the first half is witty,humorous and fun filled coming to the 2nd half its quite dramatic. The way a simple love story is portrayed the Imtiaz ali way is amazing to watch for on the celluloid. Its a worth watch for all those who love ❤️Love stories only thing you have to bear with is the pace of the film as its a bit slow going.

The screenplay is not as usualy typical lover stories here we have actual events and a space where the love story has its scope in running , there no extra mellow drama , its balanced and gets going in a way that it connects the characters with a feel and emotion . The post climax scenes are sure to make you moist eyed and the chemistry between the lead pairs boost up the value of the movie. Climax could have been better as it ends all of a sudden leaving you wondering .The story is about a young lonely and lost tour guide who has somewhere hidden the actual person within him amidst all the race in life , thats when he meets Sejal on a tour and as the tour ends the lost ring of sejal gifted to her by her fiancé is lost and that paves way for sejal to stay back and look for the ring and she hired back harry for the same , Harry and Sejal revisit  every place that they went through during the tour in search if the ring but fail to find it , but amidst all this they both discover a hidden person within themselves and those hidden characters fall in love with each other but when they get back to their real lifes thy realize they cant be together and that sejal cant cheat on her fiancé , what happens next? Does sejal

Find her ring? What about Harry & Sejals love story? Whats the final outcome of all this . So for answers walk in to the nearest cinema halls and watch this movie this weekend

KING KHAN SHAHRUKH KHAN is the king of romance and no one does it as good as him he has nailed it with his perfomance his charm and his presence on screen just makes the crowd go whoo and whistling, Anushka Sharma also has given a gem of perfomance and their chemistry is just sizzling and adorable they add more Weightage to the film with their chemistry and pairing . Rest follows the ensemble cast who has done a decent job

BACKGROUND SCRORE

Pritam has given a decent music for the film i wont say top notch hit but definetly something which adds value to the film , Radha track will make you dance along , Hawayeein will take you literally high with love in the air , Buttery will take you to Punjab in those sarso ke kheet .

Its a worth watch at cinemas its by far the best romantic film of this year you can watch for im the cinemas with family and friends . Get going and walk in to the nearest cinema halls and experince the dose of romance .
